For two years now i have been working hard with almost 200 kids in Ghana – shama, Yes its difficult but with people like craig bellamy stepping forword, to hear the cry of these childrem, i can only see hope and future for these kids, even if its opportunity to educate them, so they can understand the needs to future and fight themselves through football i think we have hope for these children. For two years now i live in manchester working full time job as retailer and helping almost 200 kids, try but cant find so mamy football staff to send us these kids a letter to say they should keep up the hard work and hope, if can shaw these boys that there is hope its my count to them, rooney where are you, micheal own, s. wright-philips, many stars of manchester football clubs where are you all —-thank you craig bellamy, i have hope and you are these kids you are saving, God Bless you.

Hi,

I am a big football fan and have followed it religiously for years.

In the last few years I have seen a minority of footballers go off the rails, usually I believe through the sudden influx of big money and clubs not putting the right support structures around the players to help them cope with this. I am ashamed to say that I did believe a small part of what the newspapers reported and believed that Craig Bellamy was one of these players. I was wrong. Whay this foundation is aiming to do and has already strated doing is inspirational. I take my hat off to you sir.

I found this forum as a way of contacting you and passing a comment.
I have a lot of respect for you and for your work, I felt really sorry after the outcome of Storm salary cap issue.
But – please – explain to me how could you say, after Origin Game 2:
“It was a fantastic team effort right from the kick off and I couldn’t be more proud of the players.” ???
Craig – your team behaviour was unprofessional and disgraceful, something out of first years of Auckland Warriors era – all brawn. no brain.
Pulling players by their hair, ugly dirty tackles, following meles… Shame that your team tried to bash QLD off the field instead of outplaying them.
Craig, please don’t let it repeat in the last game – I hope that you are too much of a gentleman for this.
